Eleven years ago today, it snowed in Sterling Heights.
That was where we lived and our sweet baby Christopher was baptised. It was obviously before straight hair, skinny brows and teeth whiteners! It was before I was 40, (gosh I was only 30!) and years before I knew I would struggle with infertility.
Today it is because of Christopher I can celebrate this day and I offer a prayer of thanksgiving for this immense blessing. This child is truly a miracle; a gift from God. I never for a moment take him for granted...
Couldn't you just smooch that goofy little face? Hopefully next Mother's Day we will have a picture of another 'goofy' face needing a good smooch!
