I hope that you all have a wonderful Christmas. We have all been so busy with wrapping and baking these last few days. I ended up with the flu Fri & Sat so I am a little behind. Sorry to all... I never did get cards out this year...
In following with our tradition this year of "Christmas Around The World" last night Jim cooked us some Cuban food, Cuban sandwiches, black beans and rice, fried plantains and coconut chips. Tonight we are headed to our favorite Chinese place and tomorrow we are going to have an Italian Christmas with an yummy antipasto tray, wedding soup, garlic bread, lasagne, Sicilian Fig cookies,(Chris and I made them!) gelato, and of course this beautiful cake... however not Italian... but Southern...
