Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Not being Irish doesn't ever get in the way of Chris celebrating St. Pat's. He got this hat and glasses several years ago and LOVE's to wear them each year! Can you say, "Elton John"?

Other traditions we usually follow include corned beef, but as a kid my mom always made rubin sandwiches instead of the typical corned beef and cabbage. So tonight's menu is Rubin Sandwiches, oven baked fries and cole slaw. I was thinking since we are going "Polish" for Easter brunch, this is going to be the saurkraut week! On that note...
